In the heart of The Village on Purdue University’s campus stands 225 Northwestern, a four-story mixed use building with retail spaces at street level and apartments on the upper levels. Being located at the prominent intersection of North and Northwestern enhances the pedestrian experience and gives students access to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The traditional exterior of the building was designed to compliment Purdue’s campus architecture. Each level of apartments was designed to maximize space and minimize plan differences between units, making the units more cost effective for the residents who call 225 Northwestern home.
