300 West State Street
West Lafayette, IN
2019
The 300 West State Street Project is a mixed-use collegiate housing and retail development located just off of Purdue’s campus in the bustling heart of Chauncey Hill. Exterior elements of the facade employ a contemporary take on a traditional design, with a nod to the architecture of Purdue’s campus and the historic Purdue State Bank Building across the street, designed by the famous architect, Louis Sullivan. At ground level, a compact Target retail store curves the corner of State Street and Northwestern Avenue, which provides ease and convenience for both students and young professionals. Up above, residents can enjoy multiple gathering spaces including a green roof lounge with downtown views, cozy study nooks, and a fully equipped workout room.
