St. Lawrence Church was a beautiful, old church that was in need of more space for social gatherings and storage. After several meetings with their building committee, KJG designed a new entrance and social hall that used the existing sanctuary for design inspiration. The attention to detail resulted in a functional addition and the 2006 Indiana Concrete Masonry Association Award of Excellence in Institutional Clay Design.
